John Pawlak

CEO and Founder 

John brings a diverse set of successes to ClaimsComp and its leadership team. He has owned and managed several businesses in computer and construction related industries. One of John’s key accomplishments is the development of third-party claims filing services, which have become a permanent fixture in class action settlements. He has started two successful companies in this service niche, ClaimSource One and ClaimsComp. Under John’s leadership, ClaimSource One grew to over $25 million in just five years, making it one of the fastest growing small businesses in the country. ClaimSource One qualified to appear on the Inc. 5000 list in 2007 and 2008. ClaimsComp is on a similar robust path. John earned a BSBA from the University of Tennessee and is a member of Vistage, the world’s largest CEO membership organization. He is active in the Atlanta community with Chris Kids which provides treatment facilities for abused children. John lives in Roswell, Georgia with his wife and two sons.


Bill Monie

Principal and Founder

Bill developed the business processes for third-party claim filing services that set the standard for this relatively new industry. As a member of our leadership team, Bill’s ability to execute and implement new processes resulted in the company’s growth from two employees to more than 150 in less than 3 years. Prior to founding ClaimSource One, Bill managed several high profile class action inspection programs for a national claims service provider.Bill earned a BS in Economics with a focus in Real Estate from the University of West Georgia. Bill is active in the Atlanta community and has served as a Board Member of the Huntington’s Disease Society of America, Georgia Chapter since 2003. He lives in Suwanee, Georgia, with his wife and three children.


Felix Mendez

Principal and Founder

Felix Mendez is the Operations and General Business Manager for ClaimsComp and has over 25 years of progressive business experience. As a member of our leadership team he plans and directs all aspects of ClaimsComp day-to-day activities and tactical operations of the Claims Managers. Felix also owned and operated a multi-unit franchise business and most recently managed a division of an Inc. 5000 nationwide service company, one of America’s fastest-growing private companies in 2007 and 2008.An active member of the Roswell community, Felix has coached at Roswell Area parks for over 13 years and has been involved with Roswell High School’s Booster Club in raising money for the athletic programs. He also headed the Roswell Jr. Hornets Baseball feeder program for the high school. Felix is married and lives in Roswell, Georgia with his wife and three sons.
